Derby soccer player Jadan Denesongkham spoke with VYPE in an interview to tell us more about who he is.

VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?

My personal goals are to become better and better everyday.

VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?

The most fun I had during last year was regionals against garden city because it was raining and the atmosphere was crazy.

VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?

My favorite athletic memory is winning 3 times in a row for regionals. 

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

The teammate I think left the biggest impression on me was my older brother Andy he left me knowing that I’m gonna have to work hard and making me push myself harder than anyone else. 

VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?

My favorite part of being with the team is having all the laughs and makin more memories as we go together and playing every game like it’s our last. 

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who do you take with you?

I think my summer vacation will be going to Cancun and with my girlfriend because I’m with her everyday and I feel like that would be a cool trip.

VYPE: If we gave you $500 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?

If I had $500 for 24 hours I’d spend it on clothes food and maybe a new pair of soccer cleats. 

VYPE: What Clubs or Campus groups are you involved with and why?

I am only in 1 club and that is a college ambassador and that’s about observing new colleges and learning what there style is at the university’s or communities. also it helps people find the right college for them.
