VYPE recently interviewed Derby football player Austin Ediger to learn more about who he is.

VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?

My personal goals are to be financially stable and be able to retire young.

VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?

The most fun I have had is fishing with my friends on the lake over summer.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?

My favorite teacher would be my elementary school teacher Mrs.Altman because of her personality and how funny she is.

VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?

My favorite athletic memory was winning the state championship football title with my friends my freshman year.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

The teammate who left the biggest impression on me would be Dylan conn who was the starting center and taught me how to snap and become a center then overtime we became close friends.

VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?

The best part of being on the derby football team is the family aspect Also we all hold each other accountable which is important for a family and a team.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who do you take with you?

I would go to Colorado and I would bring my friends .

VYPE: If we gave you $500 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?

If I had 500 dollars I would probably spend it on fishing rods and tackle.

VYPE: Do you participate in any community service projects?

I participate in helping out my elderly neighborhood with outdoor work that they need done like mowing gardening etc.
